About the role

As an Account Executive, you are the embodiment of our company values: customer-centricity, ambitious goal-setting, and mutual respect for colleagues and clients. Your role is pivotal in identifying and acquiring new customers, demonstrating how InfoTrack can enhance their internal efficiency, closing deals, and ensuring their continued success.

Your responsibilities include building and managing a robust pipeline of opportunities, as well as overseeing the successful onboarding and initial growth of the clients you secure. Success in this role demands a genuine passion for delivering excellence at every stage of the sales relationship.

This is primarily a remote role with 1-2 days onsite to collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

  • Respond to, engage with, and qualify inbound leads and inquiries
  • Serve as the initial point of contact for new business prospects, determining the next steps for each potential client
  • Anticipate customer needs by studying our services and conducting market research to identify new leads
  • Engage with current users to increase awareness, provide education, ask for referrals, identify new opportunities, and develop account intelligence
  • Collaborate effectively with InfoTrack teams, including marketing and customer success, to achieve common goals
  • Partner closely with the product and marketing teams to develop account intelligence, relationship maps, and use case opportunities
  • Hold intelligent and engaging conversations with prospects and clients via phone and email
  • Act as a subject matter expert on the InfoTrack product

Requirements

  • Experience: 2-3 years as a B2B Account Executive or in a similar role, specializing in selling software to professional services buyers
  • Prospecting Skills: Proven experience in prospecting and hunting for new business opportunities
  • Customer Orientation: Strong customer/client focus
  • Performance Record: Consistent track record of exceeding targets and maintaining a robust sales pipeline
  • Sales Approach: Deep understanding of the consultative sales approach and the importance of building trust-based relationships with prospects
  • Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills and confident communicator and skilled presenter, comfortable delivering live product demonstrations via video conferencing
  • Technical Aptitude: Technically adept and experienced with web technologies, with a preference for those who have previously sold SaaS solutions
  • Sales Tools Familiarity: Familiar with the main tools and tactics of selling, including using a CRM (preferably Salesforce) to track and manage work

Compensation

The anticipated starting base pay range for this role is listed below. Base salary is not the only component of our competitive total rewards package - you may also be eligible for bonus, commissions, equity, and other benefits as described below. Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, licenses and certifications.

Base Pay

$70,000 + $75,000 in commission
