Account Executive II - Western Territory

Are you a driven professional ready to make an impact? As an Account Executive II, you will drive sales and profitability by acquiring new clients. Your responsibilities include identifying market opportunities, engaging prospects, crafting proposals, and managing contracts.

We are only seeking candidates located in California. Your territory will be covering California, Washington, Hawaii, and Alaska.

 

  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills

  • Ability to self-direct, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple requests
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with keen attention to detail
  • Proven ability to create, build, and maintain client relationships and rapport
  • Strong work ethic and ability to execute critical tasks effectively
  • Proficient in database management
  • Bachelor’s degree or four (4) years of related experience
  • Two (2) to four (4) years of sales experience
  • Experience using CRM software, such as Salesforce
  • Familiarity with Solutions Selling

You will:

  • Develop comprehensive business plans to achieve set goals and quotas
  • Oversee the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals
  • Identify new sales opportunities through networking and convert them into lasting partnerships
  • Present products and services to potential clients
  • Deliver professional after-sales support to enhance customer loyalty
  • Maintain regular contact with clients to understand and fulfill their needs
  • Address complaints and resolve issues to ensure customer satisfaction and uphold the company's reputation
  • Negotiate agreements and maintain accurate sales records and data
  • Travel up to 50% of the time to meet clients and prospects

The on-target earnings (OTE) for this position are $135,000 - $145,000 (base + uncapped commission) and will be commensurate with experience.
