We are seeking an high motivated and curious Account Executive to join our Madrid office.
This role involves engaging qualified prospects, demoing the Aircall solution, providing technical assistance, successfully navigating a proof of concept and negotiating contracts. It is a fast-paced role that fits high energy and smart sales people.
As Velocity Account Executive your mission @Aircall:

Manage prospects from qualified lead to closing.
- Position and articulate the Aircall value proposition to small and medium businesses.
- Educate prospects through complex sales-cycles in order to create excitement and enthusiasm.
- Crush your quota and deliver revenue.
- Work side by side with Sales Development Representatives to identify business opportunities in your pipeline.

Self prospection to identify new business opportunities threw Mesh, networking, social selling, ...
- Forecast your future revenue achievement and document daily key activity in Salesforce and Gong.
- Represent Aircall with integrity and professionalism at all times in all written and oral communications
A little more about you:

Native in Spanish with a full professional proficiency in English.

A first experience as a BDR or AE in a SaaS company is mandatory.
- Knowledge of sales methodologies such as SPICED / MEDDIC a bonus.
- Successful track record of closing net new business and generating your own pipeline through prospection.
- A proactive, driven sales approach to identify and communicate business pains and outcomes, drive urgency and take end to end ownership for quota attainment.
- Demonstrable organizational and time management skills.

Process
After having applied for this position, we will schedule an interview with the HRBP EMEA of this department, in order to understand your motivation and background.
Afterwards, we will schedule a meeting for a use case and interview with the future direct report or another manager before taking the decision.
