Job Description:

  • Manage and control the entire sales cycle for new business from prospecting to securing a deal, often with multiple stakeholders throughout different departments.
  • Ensure that you communicate and collaborate with the BDRs focused on your region to define the best strategy for outbound prospecting. Leverage your strategic Book of Business, existing network of contacts, emails, and social media outreach to consistently develop qualified opportunities with key decision-makers and build a strong pipeline.
  • Build solution value through effective discovery, product demonstrations, and managing relationships with prospective clients.
  • Negotiate pricing, demonstrate ROI, and manage proposals and contracts.
  • Accurately forecast revenue and maintain CRM info.
  • CRM systems are as familiar to you as conventional email programs.
  • Achieve monthly quotas of closing deals as well as the effort to achieve it through meetings, calls, and referrals targets per month.
  • Communicate and collaborate with BDRs, Sales Directors, Sales Engineers, and other teams.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree completed;
  • 2-4 years of new business sales experience is required, with a minimum of 2 years spent in a closing role.
  • B2B SaaS experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quotas and extracting referrals.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Curious, persistent, and results-oriented.
  • Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently.
  • Idiom: Fluency in French and English.
