What do we do? We are a digital transport operator focusing on optimizing long-hauling in Europe. Thanks to our driver relay system that allows multiple drivers to switch between each other, we are improving the standard of trucking.

Where are we? We are based in Madrid, although we have a global scope. We have operations in Spain, Germany, The Netherlands, Belgium, Poland, the UK and France.

Our vision is to move the world's road freight in relays to accelerate the electrification agenda and improve drivers' life.


Your Mission at Trucksters

As an Account Executive, your mission is to collaborate closely with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to drive the successful closure of deals. This involves strategically engaging with leads, assessing their fit for our products or services, and using effective sales tactics to achieve and exceed sales targets. By nurturing strong client relationships, providing valuable insights, and working collaboratively with SDRs, you play a pivotal role in our company's growth and success.


Specific responsibilities for this role include:

  • Be the primary point of contact engagement for all new opportunities.
  • Rapidly identify the steps necessary to close opportunities, and work with one of our co-founders and the CSO to bring those customers on board quickly and with a win-win commercial relationship.
  • Become an expert on relays systems and the challenges we can help our clients overcome on their journey to renewable energy.
  • Work closely with Market Intelligence and the Product team to work out what data the client has and how best to access it.
  • Provide clear and analytical feedback from prospects and customers and ensure that your stakeholder are frequently directly engaged with these organisations.
  • Work closely with the Market Intelligence and SDR teams to contribute insights from the market and shape the roadmap.
  • Demonstrate/sell value to key stakeholders within the accounts during complex sales cycles
  • Exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue goals on a quarterly basis
  • Track all opportunity and customer details including use case, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in the CRM (Salesforce).
  • Partner with customer success to ensure high satisfaction within all accounts.
