What You'll Do:
Be a high performer. Consistently hit monthly volume and cross-sell quotas. Meet and exceed daily hustle metrics/activity goals/KPIs. Make 40-60 calls & send ~100 emails per day to warm leads and approvals Manage a pipeline of up to 100 prospects in various stages of the sales cycle, including underwriting review, and closing. Assist customers through the underwriting process to generate offers that you can close. Consistently hit monthly volume & booking rate targets. Provide excellent customer service to newly onboarded clients for their first 30 days with Bluevine. Serve as a trusted advisor to SMB owners, ensuring that they are connected with the correct Bluevine product. Act as a conduit between the Underwriting Team and the customer to collect proper documentation to maximize clients' offer amounts. Utilize sales engagement tools, lead management software, and CRMs to optimize pipeline management.

What we look for:
New Hire Base Salary Range: $42,360 - $50,820 AND New Hire On-Target Earnings (i.e. Base Salary plus Commissions if achieved) Range: $70,600-$84,700
