Key Responsibilities

Upselling and Cross-Selling: Identify opportunities to expand our footprint within existing accounts, presenting tailored solutions that address evolving customer needs.

Market Expertise: Stay informed about industry trends and customer challenges to proactively provide insights and recommendations.
- Demonstrated success as an Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role. Experience in SaaS sales is highly desirable.
- Self-motivated with a proven track record of consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Skilled at building rapport and maintaining strong relationships with mid-level and senior decision-makers.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment, working closely with colleagues to navigate and close complex deals.
- Fluent in both German and English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Excels in both team-based and independent settings, driving results with minimal supervision.
