Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, Giskard enables AI professionals (Data Scientists and Machine Learning Engineers) to evaluate & test the quality of ML models.

Co-founded by 2 ex-Dataiku engineers and 1 researcher in AI Ethics, we are leveraging our deep experience in AI to build the first collaborative & open-source Quality Assurance platform for all AI models.

We call our platform the "Three-point Safety Belt" for AI models! 🚗

1. Open-source ML Testing library to help Data Scientists detect vulnerabilities & biases in ML models, automatically.

2. Collaborative AI Quality Hub to help ML Engineers test, debug & explain AI models visually

3. LLMon to monitor Large Language Models (LLM) applications to detect hallucinations & issues in real time.

Track record

In 2022, we raised our first round of 1.5 million euros, led by Elaia, with participation from Bessemer Venture Partners and notable angel investors including the CTO of Hugging Face. To read more about this fundraising and how it will accelerate our growth, you can read our announcement.

Your role

As an Account Executive, you will be in the driving seat to accelerate the growth of an early-stage startup. Working directly with the Head of Sales, your missions will be to:

  • Handle the whole sales cycle, from prospecting enterprise accounts to developing a deep comprehension of customer's business to sign deals & expand accounts
  • Easily explain our products to prospects & educate them on their benefits, thanks to your knowledge of the AI industry and to your ability to turn complex concepts into engaging content
  • Talk to Data, AI and IT professionals and build strong relationships with such stakeholders since you'll sell to CTOs, CDOs, CIOs
  • Drive discussions from the initial point of contact to implementation & user onboarding
  • Collaborate with our Product & Engineering teams to provide best-in-class support to prospective customers.
  • Work closely with leadership to define and own the progress of our Sales pipeline
  • At the end, sell Gikkard's solutions with a consultative approach in a high-energy environment, while methodically building and managing an accurate sales funnel and pipeline

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience in software sales at fast-growing B2B tech companies, carrying quotas and with at least one AE experience (meaning 100% hunting)
  • Proven track record of consistent performance
  • You have managed to make enterprise clients move from a POC/trial to long-term contracts
  • Experience in selling AI and new concepts to developers
  • Comfortable to talk to technical teams
  • Strong belief in a customer-centric selling philosophy and value-selling, using MEDDIC, Challenger or other sales methodologies
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and French.
  • Strong analytical and project management skills.
  • Ability to learn & deliver fast, to be a coachable sales professional
  • Creative mindset to stand out from the crowd in your prospection activities and problem-solver to unblock deals stuck in the pipeline
  • Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, CRMs like HubSpot or Salesforce, and revenue intelligence tools such as Clearbit
  • Located in the Paris, France area or willing to relocate

Salary: fixed salary between 50 000 € and 70 000 € / year (gross) + 10% commission + 0.1% of equity
