Account Executive - Digital, Agencies and Platforms (Chicago Metro Area)

What you will be doing: 

  • Educate and inform agencies and prospects on new and existing data assets, insights, audience / targeting recommendations, and measurement solutions.
  • Consult with clients to uncover business needs and offer recommended solutions. Utilize product experts as a resource and partner with other Experian business units to deliver One Experian solutions.
  • Collaborates on account planning with Experian Marketing Services sales team to identify opportunities related to insurance 1PD and where Experian Auto can increase the value of 1PD.
  • Works with wide range of internal groups - Operations, Legal, Product Teams, Pricing, Compliance and Finance to ensure solutions are delivered accurately in a timely manner.
  • Frequent virtual and in-person meetings with agencies, includes recurring office hours with travel to client locations.

What your background looks like: 

  • In-depth background and understanding of the digital marketing ecosystem and ad tech environment with respect to acquisition and retention strategies and the application of data solutions to power go-to-market plans, analytics, modeling, and attribution.
  • A resilient and confident business lead who can effectively navigate large holding companies and agencies to reach key decision makers.
  • Effectively manage contacts, activities and revenue tracking in Salesforce.com
  • Proven track record in effectively positioning data products and solutions, leveraging data to drive actionable insights, creating meaningful meeting content and delivering impactful sales pitches to new and existing clients and partners.
  • Experience selling to ad agencies and working with DSPs and SSPs on campaign activation across channels.
  • Motivated, curious and creative team player who consistently strives to exceed goals and push revenue expectations.
  • Familiarity with the auto insurance industry and competitive environment is a plus.
  • Excellent communication, organizational and interpersonal skills
  • Ability and willingness to travel as much as needed to get the job done.
  • 5-7 years in digital media sales and data sales.
