Convelio is a licensed freight forwarding startup evolving at the intersection of Tech, Logistics and the Art World. The startup specialises in the global shipping of high-end goods: paintings, sculptures, basically any valuable or bulky merchandise.

We've developed our own proprietary algorithm to offer competitive real-time shipping quotes and an end-to-end logistics service to the art market. Our mission is to become a tech-driven company in a traditional industry, and therefore make the shipping of bulky and valuable items as easy as possible by providing an online and seamless experience.

We currently serve a wide range of customers from art galleries, antique dealers, auction houses, online platforms to interior designers.

With 130+ colleagues scattered across Paris & London and now New York as well, Convelio has a strong start-up & international culture. We thrive in solving complex logistics issues for our clients, enabling both sellers and buyers in the art market. 🎩 Your Role:
As an Account Executive specialised in the Design Industry, you are responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating client relationships and managing the full sales cycle for our European clients. You will be in charge of helping designers, interior designers and design galleries to ship their items all over the world.

✏️ What you'll do:
- Structure and develop Convelio’s offer for our clients.
- Convert new prospects into happy clients by mastering Convelio’s value proposition.
- Identify, qualify and prioritise key prospects on the basis of revenue potential and development opportunities.
- Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of leads through networking, cold calling, and relationship building.
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction.
- Demonstrate how our platform and tools help design businesses to simplify their logistics.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals (including monthly business reviews with key accounts).
- Use our CRM tool to map and build account plans and provide forecasts for identified opportunities.

🧑‍🎨 Your profile:
- First experience in a sales position
- A growth mindset, with strong analytical skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in both French and English
- Strong understanding of sales techniques, negotiation strategies, and market dynamics.
- Strong project management and and organisational skills
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Bonus points for experience selling logistics solutions.
