Account Executive

This position sits in our Marketing & Technology service based in London. We combine data, technology, creative content, and paid media to crack brands’ business problems & drive revenue through a variety of digital marketing solutions like ad campaigns, augmented reality, and chatbots. Our clients include JustEat Takeaway, The Macallan, easyJet, TikTok, and eBay.

JOB PURPOSE

We are excited to be looking for a new Account Executive to join the talented team! 

We are incredibly proud of the work we deliver for well known & exciting clients. The type of work here varies from media focussed marketing campaigns, to creative, social first content and everything in between! Account Executives assist in the delivery of day to day work for our clients and collaborate closely with our internal disciplines including Creatives, Designers, Media Planners, Producers & the Tech team to ensure we continue to create the very best, award winning work! 

We need great execs who can flex their skills and support across a variety of work, including, but not limited to biddable media planning & buying, organic content planning, content production and more! - Don't worry, we don't expect you to have experience in all these areas, just perhaps a bit of knowledge, the most important thing for us is your drive and passion to learn! 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the team with planning and executing digital / social campaigns 
  • Develop campaign timing plans
  • Arrange internal & external meetings, support with setting the agendas & follow up actions
  • Work with DEPT® traffic team to support with project management and booking resource across the discipline
  • Research customer behaviour and trends across social / digital platforms and audiences to contribute insights and strategic thinking to all areas of the business
  • Collaborate with the media team to optimise live campaigns & report on campaign performance
  • Contribute to our creative process by sharing your ideas and experience
  • Take and respond to briefs, both internally and externally
  • Present work internally and externally

  • A good understanding of digital and social media marketing including its potential and limitations
  • A creative mind
  • Demonstrable interest in digital marketing
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Internet research and problem solving skills
  • Organisational skills and high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in the Google Suite
  • Ability to react quickly within a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a team
  • A love for learning new things
