Account Executive - DACH

Your mission

As our Account Executive, you will be responsible for driving business opportunities and closing deals with companies across the DACH market. Your role will be outbound-focused, where you will actively prospecting new leads and generate sales opportunities through targeted outreach campaigns. You will identify potential leads, conduct research to qualify prospects and engage in conversations to convert them into successful Tellent customers.

This will include managing your own sales pipeline from prospect identification to negotiating and closing deals. You will organize product demos and navigate the prospect through the sales cycle by building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers. By proactively expanding our customer base, you will have a direct impact on Tellent’s success in the DACH market.

About the Team

The DACH team is growing rapidly. The team covers the whole DACH territory and its mission is to develop the sales engine running and convert leads into long-term customers.

Your 12-month journey

First 3 months: You will spend focusing on learning everything there is to know about the Tellent offering: understand the products, our processes, the teams, the customers and more. You will complete your onboarding including various sales training. You'll start actively engaging with prospects, reaching out to leads, and qualifying them using different outreach strategies. You will have a clear understanding of the processes relevant for your position but you will still be learning system knowledge and sales tactics.

After 6 months: You are fully onboarded and working on a full target. You are a professional user of the suite and you will know how to use different sales approaches in customer contact.

After 12 months: Once you are fully ramped up and bringing new customers to Tellent you will have the possibility to further develop your skills with a personal development plan.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drive the outbound sales pipeline through targeted prospecting, lead generation, cold outreach, qualification, product demo, negotiation, and closing in the DACH market.

  • Work with the complete Tellent offering.

  • Own the full sales cycle and reach monthly sales goals.

  • Customize sales proposals and solutions for prospects.

  • Build a strong understanding of the HRTech space and our customers’ needs.

  • Provide your insight and feedback on Tellent products to ultimately make us the best HRTech company around!
