About the Role
This is an exciting entry level opportunity to get hands-on experience for a key cross-channel and cross-market client.  The successful candidate will be an integral part of the client leadership team at Mindshare Worldwide.  They will work alongside an Account Director and paid media action teams. They will support with smooth client relationship & stakeholder management, paid media planning & key process adherence. The role offers an unrivalled E2E experience in all elements of paid media activation for one of the world’s most recognisable brands.
No two days will be the same.  Ready to work in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be prepared to hit the ground running with a keenness to take on a range of tasks.  Proactive with demonstrable use of initiative, you will support the team day-to-day by organising meetings, managing deliverables and contributing to department processes. Flexibility will be key in this role, as is a friendly, positive, can-do attitude. 
 
Responsibilities
  • Client communication management & engagement – acting as the support between activation teams and client on media plans and campaign activation from an end to end point of view
  • Support with project/process & campaign management – inclusive of delivery of deadline checkpoints with internal teams
  • Support with producing campaign reports – Excel and PowerPoint Format
  • Presentation of key reports, documents & updates on client calls – initially in support function for Account Director, and assuming more responsibility over time.
  • Process development and adherence with client and internal teams
  • Support with database & data analysis tasks to support client servicing function
  • Support with wider departmental processes and project support
Essential Criteria
  • Has a keen interest in media and marketing and is passionate about developing a career in the media industry.
  • Has an interest in understanding processes and operations within a global organisation
  • Is pro-active, uses their initiative and can clearly think through a task before tackling it
  • Can work independently and as part of a team
  • Is organised with the ability to multi-task and is good at managing their time
  • Is willing to ask questions when they don’t understand something, listens carefully to the answers given and learns quickly
  • Is enthusiastic and willing to take on any challenge
  • Strong analytical and research skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Experience of Excel and PowerPoint
Desirable Criteria
  • Previous media agency or marketing employment experience
  • Relevant degree or professional industry qualifications
