This is an exciting entry level opportunity to get hands-on experience within an exhilarating industry. This role will support the Unite Operations teams at Mindshare Worldwide. The successful candidate will work with our dedicated Unite team, by managing and optimising global processes, servicing MindShare’s biggest client globally, and getting exposure to some of the world’s most recognisable household brands.
No two days will be the same. Ready to work in a fast-paced environment, you will need to be prepared to hit the ground running with a keenness to take on a range of tasks. Proactive with demonstrable use of initiative, you will support the team day-to-day by organising meetings, managing databases, supporting new joiners and leavers, and managing information requests across our global network. Flexibility will be key in this role, as is a friendly, positive, can-do attitude.
You will gain a good understanding of global media, collaborative working and improve your organisation skills. You’ll also have first-hand experience of working in a media agency and a greater awareness of the knowledge and skills required to work in our industry.
