The Opportunity
We seek a highly motivated and experienced Channel Account Executive to generate pipeline and revenue with our North America Tier 1 channel partners. Based out of our headquarters in Miami, the Channel Account Executive will work closely with the Director of Channel Sales to create and grow partner-sourced revenue, ensure partner success, and achieve Kandji’s overall sales goals.
How You'll Make Impact Day to Day:
- Sales Strategy and Execution
- Collaborate with assigned channel partners to develop and execute joint business plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with assigned channel partners.
- Work with channel partners to generate pipeline according to company goals.
- Drive sales activities through channel partners to achieve your bookings targets.
- Lead all co-sell opportunities and serve as the primary partner account executive point of contact, addressing their needs and concerns immediately.
- Conduct regular business reviews with partners to assess performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Sales Process Management
- Lead assigned partner-sourced sales cycle with customers from lead generation to closure.
- Work closely with sales engineering, customer success, and marketing teams to deliver a seamless customer experience. Schedule and conduct customer-facing sales presentations and product demos collaboratively with partner account executives.
- Conduct regular check-ins with partner sales management and partner account executives to assess satisfaction levels and identify opportunities for deeper engagement.
- Monitor partner performance and collaborate on initiatives to increase lead generation.
- Leverage internal resources to support deal success and ensure alignment on account strategies.
- Training and Enablement
- Collaborate on training and support to channel partners on Kandji’s products, services, and sales processes where appropriate.
- Equip partners with the necessary tools and resources to effectively sell and promote the company's solutions.
- Reporting and Documentation
- Maintain accurate records of partner interactions, sales activities, and performance metrics.
- Prepare regular reports on channel sales performance and progress towards goals.
- Market Analysis and Feedback
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market demands.
- Gather feedback from channel partners and customers to inform product development and marketing strategies.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience in SaaS channel sales.
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth through channel partners.
- Strong understanding of the enterprise SaaS market and related technologies.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Hubspot CRM and other sales tools.
- Exceedingly organized.
- Outstanding business and written communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
