Your main duties in flying with us:
- Oversee the onboarding and integration of new B2B API partners
- Monitor and maintain existing API integrations, ensuring seamless data flow
- Act as the point of contact for API partners, addressing their inquiries and concerns
- Collaborate with internal teams to resolve technical issues and implement improvements
- Proactively identify and map passive hotel inventory to activate them on partner platforms
- Monitor mapping ratios and implement strategies to increase active hotel availability
- Resolve mapping discrepancies and errors to prevent revenue loss
- Utilize API tools to push updated hotel content (descriptions, images, rates) to partner platforms
- Ensure timely and accurate content updates for both new and existing hotels
- Monitor content performance and optimize for maximum visibility and conversion
- Track key performance metrics (bookings, revenue, click-through rates) for each API partnership
- Generate regular reports and insights to inform business decisions and identify areas for improvement
- Maintain comprehensive documentation of API processes, guidelines, and best practices
- Provide technical support and guidance to partners on API integration and usage.
Mandatory belongings that you must prepare:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in B2B online sales, partnerships, or account management.
- Understanding of API technologies and integrations, proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, strong problem-solving abilities, detail-oriented, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Familiarity with the hotel industry and B2B distribution channels is a plus.
