We’re looking for an Account Executive, China Market to join our China Sales team, to grow our business in China.
You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive market research to identify potential hiring partners in China interested in expanding to Southeast Asian countries. Leveraging your adept research skills, you will forecast the ideal companies to target, create a tailored message to communicate the benefits of our Talenthub recruitment service—a cutting-edge talent discovery and management platform—and initiate the process of setting up a meeting with our Business Development Team.

- 通过多种渠道接触出海公司,持续获取新客户,增加现有客户账户的业务份额,并与服务团队合作,保持高水平的客户满意度,从而实现业务增长。
- 将CRM (Customer Relationship Management) 保持在最新且准确的状态 (Hubspot),并制定计划、提供分析和市场研究等。

- 在B2B服务销售和/或人力资源招聘行业有2-5年的工作经验。
- 在销售、客户管理或类似职能方面,在达成个人目标方面有超过或高成就的记录,即在交易达成和获得收入方面有卓越表现。
- 注意细节,具有流程和解决问题的思维方式。
- 有创业精神,猎人心态,热爱赢得胜利并最大化提成。
- 有"不惧困难,努力实现目标"的精神。不找借口,专注如何解决问题。
- 能够说并且阅读基本英语,至少达到CET-4水平,最好是CET-6水平及以上。
