Job Function:
We are seeking an experienced Account Director for our Digital/Social work streams to enrich our team in New York or Los Angeles. This role demands a marketing expert with 7-10 years of experience in social media account management, equipped with a strategic mindset and a dedication to excellence in client service. You will be entrusted with cultivating enduring client relationships and leading a talented internal team to surpass our digital ambitions. Your strategic leadership will be instrumental in advancing our agency's portfolio and sustaining our commitment to delivering superior digital solutions. You will also assist in the creation, development, refinement and maintenance of departmental and and cross-functional operations, process and efficiencies, adhering to the following expectations.

The pay range for this position is $150,000 - $165,000 per year. This position is also eligible for benefits and discretionary bonus.

Ultimately, the salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, business sector, and geographic location, among other criteria.
