What we are building

Pubstack’s product is an Ad Management platform (SaaS) for web publishers that was created in 2018.
We currently work with over 100 premium publishers across Europe.
As an innovator in Ad Management, Pubstack empowers publishers through a data-driven approach to building, maintaining, optimizing, and monitoring high-performing ad stacks.
Pubstack now offers the only Ad Management platform that empowers publishers’ monetization teams.

The opportunity:

We are seeking a highly experienced Account Director to lead and elevate our relationships with enterprise-level clients. In this senior role, you will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive account strategies that drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth. You will leverage your deep understanding of client business needs, provide strategic guidance, and orchestrate internal resources to deliver exceptional service and support. As the primary executive contact for key accounts, you will drive the adoption of our products and services, and identify and capitalize on opportunities for upselling and cross-selling. Success in this role will be measured by advanced customer satisfaction metrics, retention rates, and significant revenue growth.

What will you do?

  • Strategic Relationship Management: Establish and cultivate strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders at enterprise-level clients, positioning yourself as a trusted strategic advisor.
  • Account Strategy Development: Develop and implement strategic account plans that align with client's business objectives and leverage our products or services to deliver measurable value and ROI.
  • Business Needs Analysis: Conduct in-depth assessments to uncover client business goals, challenges, and needs, tailoring our solutions to address these effectively.
  • Contract Renewal and Expansion: Spearheaded the renewal process for enterprise contracts, while proactively identifying and pursuing opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
  • Feedback and Improvement: Gather and interpret feedback from enterprise clients to assess satisfaction levels, identify improvement areas, and inform our strategic approach.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with sales, product development, and support teams to ensure a cohesive approach to meeting client needs and driving account success.
  • Market Insight Leadership: Maintain a keen awareness of industry trends, competitive dynamics, and market developments to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients.

  • Hybrid: presence twice a week in Paris at client office.

Who are we looking for?

  • Extensive Experience: 7/10+ years of experience in senior account management or account director roles within ad tech environments.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in French and English.
  • Portfolio Management: Demonstrated success in managing a portfolio of high-value accounts and supporting complex, technical products.
  • Executive Communication: Exceptional ability to establish credibility and communicate effectively with C-level executives and other senior stakeholders.
  • Strategic Thinking: Strong strategic thinking skills, with the ability to prioritize, make high-stakes decisions, and drive closure on recommendations and issues.
  • Influence and Leadership: Proven capability to influence continuous improvement initiatives and drive change both internally and externally.
