The Message Lab @ Orchestra (ML@O) is the award-winning digital and content arm of the leading strategy and communications firm. With deep roots in the worlds of journalism, social media, analytics and more, Message Lab works with Orchestra clients of all sizes and across all sectors to design and run multi-channel programs that deliver the right story to the right audience at the right time. Our work is based on audience insights and we use data to measure our impact. Clients include Google, Visa and the Gates Foundation. In 2024, we were named Agency of the Year at the Content Marketing Awards.
ABOUT THIS ROLE
ML@O is seeking an Account Director, Paid Media to help manage its growing roster of clients and knows how to think big and craft bespoke advertising strategies and smart media plans that drive impactful, measurable results for our clients. From leading creative brainstorms to analyzing quantitative data, you will take on advertising projects from start to finish for some of the most interesting causes and candidates in the country.
Role location: This role is based in our New York, N.Y. or Washington, D.C. office on a hybrid basis. The ML@O team is in-office 3 days per week.

Compensation philosophy: Orchestra offers competitive industry rate salary bands with the goal of retaining and growing talented individuals. We regularly review and adjust our compensation structure as needed to ensure equity across teams and levels.
Salary range (commensurate with experience and skills): $110,000-$130,000
Directors are eligible for end of year bonuses based on firm, team and individual performance.
