You will be the business-minded steward of the client relationship and is entrusted and empowered to ensure both the clients’ and agency’s business objectives are met. You will effectively identify and anticipate business problems and help clients solve them through applying deep industry and tactical knowledge
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to identify business problems that clients are looking to solve and ensure they are understood by team.
- - Maintains understanding of the clients’ businesses, priorities, pain points and competitive landscape and helps the team do the same.
- - Stays knowledgeable about markets, sectors and channels in which clients operate; uses internal/external resources to address knowledge gaps for self and team.
- - Anticipates what’s next; helps clients get ahead of issues and capitalize on new opportunities.
- - Identifying potential leads and areas of growth within existing clients as well as broader opportunities from a prospecting perspective
- - Counselling clients confidently on communications marketing including PR, digital, social and content creation.
- - Overseeing client programmes and driving integrated campaigns.
- - Taking responsibility for a portfolio of accounts and managing teams, developing junior team members, and line management responsibilities
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS
- 5-7 years’ experience working with leading agencies.
- · Experience working with clients in the XX sector is a plus.
- · Experience working in the corporate sector is a must.
- · Strong knowledge and experience in putting together communication strategies, tactical planning, and being the client lead.
- · Ability to foster strong relations with clients, ultimately ensuring work is complete, delivered on time and earning their trust.
