Cramer is a brand experience agency serving B2B Fortune 1000 companies through strategy, creative, design and execution. Cramer Health is a specialty team within the agency that focuses on Content Marketing and Strategy with a focus on patient retention and adherence.
We are seeking an Account Director to build undeniable relationships with our Cramer Health clients. The Account Director is a core member of the Cramer Health Team. This role is responsible for nurturing individual client relationships for ultimate client satisfaction and long-term client development. The Account Director will work together with our Program Director to drive this growing area of our business a by expanding existing client relationships and establishing new ones.
Our Account Directors know our client’s business, category and competition intimately. They have an invaluable perspective that ensures account retention, loyalty and growth. They connect the dots at both the macro and micro levels to effectively deliver relationship goals. Account Directors work with cross-functional teams including Strategy, Creative, Project Management and Operations to ensure client objectives are exceeded.
The ideal candidate will have knowledge of the US pharmaceutical market, experience in direct-to-consumer marketing strategies and campaigns.
This role is full-time and requires the employee to work on-site in Norwood, MA five days a week.
Main Objectives:
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, helping to provide consultative support and drive programs forward.
- Business Development: Identify opportunities for account growth and new business, participating in pitches and proposals.
- Financial Management: Manage client financial reviews and reports with procurement, Manage forecast revenue for Cramer Health, and ensure financial targets are met on a monthly basis.
Core Responsibilities:
- Form strong relationships with senior-level clients to increase loyalty, proactively service the relationship and find organic opportunities for growth
- Engages in meaningful discussions with clients and partners to take actions to improve the business.
- Proactively learns about the category/industry and the brand/products to become a trusted resource in both internal and client conversations
- Partner collaboratively with Cramer Health leadership team members
- Ability to prioritize client and agency needs for the team and lead them through changes
- Partner with the solutions team on new ideas aligned with the clients' interests and business needs, or early engagement conversations
- Understands the client’s business and provides a POV to project team members and executive leadership, when applicable
Requirements
- 10+ years of agency experience supporting healthcare clients, pharma is a plus!
- Strong leader who has experience managing and growing complex accounts and senior level client relationships
- Inspires and motivates a diverse team
- Confident decision-maker who has a POV and understands time and place
