Who are you? 

We are seeking a dynamic Account Director (or an experienced SAM ready to step up) to join our elite team of brand storytellers. In this role, you will have the opportunity to take a leadership role across clients like Xbox and Snapchat, as well as other exciting consumer tech, entertainment, and/or lifestyle brands.  

If you have experience in communication consulting or a related field and a proven track record in client and team leadership, we want to hear from you!  

As a senior leader in our organisation, you will be at the forefront of shaping brand strategy and offering high-level counsel to our clients. You will be an expert project manager and thrive on nurturing and developing top-performing teams, combining a mastery of the fundamentals with a passion for insight-driven consultancy. 

You will be the inspiring leader who guides our talented team in crafting strategies that encompass publicity, media relations, social media and influencer engagement, content creation, and immersive brand experiences. Your ability to collaborate, lead, and guide teams, partners and stakeholders will be key to delivering exceptional results for our clients.

  • Strong communication and presentation skills 
  • A knowledge of the major technology trends and issues impacting consumer tech brands and industries
  • Strong earned strategy skills and consultancy with a focus on consumer tech, lifestyle, entertainment, and mainstream media
  • Strong media contacts and relationships across consumer tech, lifestyle, entertainment, and mainstream media  
  • Ability to effectively manage issues and background effectively  
  • Ability to maintain a positive and calm attitude in a high-pressure environment
  • Excellent attention to detail, with a focus on delivering outstanding results for your client
  • Confident and credible counsel that builds trust with clients
  • Experience developing and managing influencer and community engagement campaigns  
  • Experience in event design for media and delivery  
  • Senior stakeholder management experience and ability to work effectively with international stakeholders
  • Ability to interpret and provide strong responses to briefs both on a local and global scale
  • Ability to lead large teams by example and walk the talk from the front
  • Thorough insight and control of your client’s budgets
  • A passion for video games and the gaming industry is a plus but not essential
