We are looking to recruit an experienced account manager to cross and upsell our Revenues & Benefits SaaS into our local Government customers.
Our revenues and benefits software is designed with flexibility in mind, ensuring that teams can continue working and services can keep running smoothly regardless of the situation.
Key Responsibilities
The Account Development Manager will be responsible for generating new business sales opportunities:
- Define and grow the account base
- Produce written proposals of a high standard that make a compelling case for the prospective client to procure Civica’s solution.
- Integrate personal sales efforts with organised marketing activities, e.g. product launches, targeted campaigns and exhibitions.
- Manage pipeline to ensure that incremental gross margin targets are met consistently month-on-month.
- Maximise the opportunity for revenue recognition by means of well-balanced payment profiles for contracted business.
- Contribute to the evolution of the Product Roadmap through identification of customer requirements to facilitate the development of profitable products and services.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have experience of selling SaaS into LG or other public sector verticals, an understanding of Revenues & Benefits solutions highly desirable
