Account Development Manager - Governance & Meeting Management SaaS

Over the last few years within our governance & meeting management solution - Modern.Gov have enjoyed significant growth and to ensure that we are able to continue to provide high levels of customer service, we are looking to recruit an ambitious and capable Account Development Manager to manage and support a number of accounts.

Our governance & meeting management solution

  • Improves efficiencies for meeting organisers and enhances the experience for decision makers.
  • Saves time for those arranging and clerking formal meetings with an end-to-end cloud process.
  • Simplifies the process for Members attending meetings virtually from any location.

Duties of the role include:

  • Delivery of effective account management strategy to achieve business unit sales targets
  • Planning, prioritising, and managing activity and customer contact to upsell products
  • Developing a rich understanding of Civica’s Modern.Gov suite of products and services to be able to carry out solution-based sales conversations remotely via video/phone call and in person
