Job Summary

RPA is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Account Management team. The Coordinator will be working for the Honda National Advertising business. Responsibilities include maintaining Excel spreadsheets, creating PowerPoint decks, distributing correspondence, coordinating meetings, general administrative tasks, and various projects as assigned. The candidate must be resourceful, detail-oriented, work well under pressure, juggle several projects simultaneously, and have excellent organization and problem-solving skills. Must work well independently and within a team environment. This is an entry-level position and does not require a college degree.

What You’ll Be Working On 

  • Assist in/learn the process of managing production and CG asset development of various integrated National advertising campaigns (traditional, digital, social)
  • Various team specific projects 
  • AdBuilder management/Innovid tagging 
  • Monthly reports and budget maintenance as needed
  • Organizational and clerical assistance

How You’ll Excel In Your Role 

  • Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook, Teams)
  • Highly motivated, personable, resourceful, detail-oriented, proactive, empathetic 
  • Works well under pressure and is able to juggle multiple projects simultaneously
  • Must have excellent organization and problem-solving skills
  • Works well independently and within a team environment
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills are a must
  • Not afraid of a challenge
  • Occasional long hours and weekend work

Pay and Compensation

This is a non-exempt position and is eligible for overtime compensation. 

The hourly rate for this position is $21.98 an hour, which is the equivalent to $40,000 gross pay a year.

Pay for this opportunity is not negotiable.
