Job Summary

RPA is seeking an Account Coordinator to join the Apartments.com/Homes.com/CoStar team.

This candidate will assist the account team with managing the production of Social, Digital, Audio, and Video campaigns for Apartments.com and Homes.com. This candidate will manage billing, broadcast and digital trafficking, meeting organization, scheduling and preparing meeting materials, competitive analysis, arranging travel, legal, and other general administrative duties.

The candidate should possess strong attention to detail, excellent written and oral communication skills, as well as an ability to multi-task a variety of projects at once. Agency experience preferred. This is a hybrid position.

  • Assist with day-to-day Client Requests and Projects
  • General Administrative Billing
  • Broadcast & Digital Trafficking
  • Client Meetings & Presentation Prep Work
  • Tracking & Generating Client Estimates
  • Creative Tracking & Competitive Analysis

How You’ll Excel In Your Role

  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • Knowledge of media/traffic process a plus
  • Must be a highly organized team player, proactive and strategically-minded
  • Candidates should possess strong attention to detail with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Quick learner and can anticipate the administrative needs of the team and take initiative to support all members as needed
  • Self-sufficient with time management
