Account Associate, Client Experience

As Merchants Fleet's newest Associate, your client service orientation will be the key to your success. You'll be the hero supporting our amazing clients and the Client Experience team, providing top-notch account support and handling administrative duties that ensure the flawless delivery of Merchants Fleet services. Your primary focus? Responsiveness and problem resolution that leaves clients wowed, via our Call Center and Bold Chat.

 

Location: Hybrid - Remote and In-Office at Merchants Fleet Headquarters in Hooksett, NH

Hours: 9am-6pm Eastern

 

What a Day Looks Like:

  • Be the Client Whisperer: Provide exceptional support to the Client Experience team and create unforgettable client experiences.
  • Master of Communication: Handle incoming and outgoing calls, emails, and live chats, addressing queries about Merchants leased vehicles and enrolled services.
  • Fleet Policy Prodigy: Administer client fleet policy efficiently and professionally, ensuring smooth operations.
  • Organization Guru: Support accounts within the Merchants Portfolio, expertly managing requests and timelines.
  • Problem-Solving Champ: Effectively resolve client concerns and provide proactive support that surpasses expectations.
  • Leasing Guru: Deep dive into leasing programs, service offerings, workflow, and processes to become the go-to expert.
  • Thrive in the Fast Lane: Embrace a fast-paced, client-oriented environment that keeps you on your toes.
  • Tech Savvy: Utilize CRM software to document, manage, and track client support and vehicle transactions, while also making the most of tools like our proprietary TotalView.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Collaborate with colleagues from across the organization to deliver exceptional client experiences and drive success.
  • Bridge Builder: Act as a liaison between sales and clients, ensuring smooth communication across all Merchants departments.
  • Continuous Improvement Champion: Identify areas for process improvement and suggest solutions to enhance the Client Experience Team's performance.
  • Support Superhero: Provide administrative support to the Client Experience team, stepping in to fulfill strategic initiatives when needed.

Skills, Experience, and Education You Bring:

  • Organizational Wizard: Impeccable organizational skills, sharp attention to detail, and the ability to juggle multiple tasks and projects flawlessly.
  • Stellar Communicator: Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills, with a knack for building strong relationships.
  • High-Energy Dynamo: Bring enthusiasm, professionalism, and a positive demeanor to every interaction.
  • Client Service Royalty: A natural problem solver with a customer-centric approach that leaves clients impressed and satisfied.
  • Team Player Extraordinaire: Thrive in both team and independent settings, with the motivation to accomplish goals.
  • Tech Whiz: Advanced computer skills in CRM, TotalView, and Microsoft Suite, making you a digital powerhouse.

Experience and Education:

  • 5+ years in a client service-focused environment, with a high school diploma or equivalent.
