Reporting to the Group Account Manager, the Account Analyst provides timely accurate and efficient processing of talent payment and rights management services including invoicing, reporting and client support.
Responsibilities:
- Process session and residual payments
- Interpret and apply traffic instructions and reports of commercial use
- Process guarantee payments
- Efficiently respond to client, talent and talent agency requests for information
- Proactively remain up to date on client changes
- Proactively remain up to date on relevant collective bargaining agreements
- Work independently with minimal supervision
- Other duties and projects as requested
Requirements
- Has a working knowledge of CBA’s including reading, interpreting and applying details to payment processing
- Working knowledge of the role of Employer of Record
- Expert in Talent & Rights within the platform
- Practical understanding of Production and Business Affairs functions
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, ability to communicate internally towards the completion of work as needed, some experience interacting with clients via phone and email
- Experience interpreting CBA’s and translating into work processes
- Demonstrated experience working independently
