We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Account Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in administrative tasks within a software development environment. The Account Administrator will provide vital support to Account Owners and project teams, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, accurate Data organization, and excellent client communication.
National and international travel may be required occasionally, depending on project/client needs, with an estimated range of 0%-10%.
This will be a hybrid position with 3 days per week required in the office. We have an office in Leicester and in London, so candidates from either location will be considered.

Responsibilities
- Provide administrative support to Account Owners and project teams.
- Maintain accurate records of client accounts, project details, and financials.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and documentation for internal and client-facing use.
- Own the project ramp up by understanding client requirements, working with the orchestration and recruitment team to fulfill our commitment.
- Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams to ensure clarity and efficiency.
- Create and manage project ramp-up usually with the guidance of an Account owner.

- Ability to identify and propose solution to problems/issues
- Support client onboarding processes and maintain updated client information.
- Assist with invoicing, budget tracking, and other account-related financial tasks.
- Help identify process improvements and implement solutions to enhance team efficiency.
Requirements
- 2+ years in an administrative role, preferably in a software
development or technical environment. - Experience supporting account management or client-facing teams is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and project management software.
- Attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, solution-oriented approach.
- Strong analytical skills and a customer-focused attitude.
- Basic understanding of software development processes is a plus.
