To reinforce the brand image, language, culture and Marketing communication both externally and internally in a timely and coordinated manner to achieve desired brand awareness.
SPECIFIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITES
1. Regular/Routine
- Works closely with Strategic Business Units to understand project design needs and most cost-effective creative solutions to communication (i.e. co-branding/partnerships with multinationals, airlines, etc.)
- Ensures the integrity of the Access Bank corporate identity across all of the bank’s 2D and 3D collaterals. (i.e. every communication must reflect the bank’s global vision)
- Provides expertise and knowledge of brand design in the design, development, planning and production of all promotional materials branded items (i.e. attention grabbing concepts that will lead to share of mind in the industry).
- Ensure that all design briefs to agencies are well understood and in line with brand guidelines (i.e. creative direction, visual application)
- Maintain and update project files of produced materials and products
- Ensure that ALL of the bank’s designs and production are of the highest professional quality (consistency in our tone of voice, look and feel of our designs e.t.c)
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Head, Brand management
2. Periodic Responsibilities
· Conduct periodic performance assessment review of external counsels retained by the Bank.
· Conduct Annual Quality Assurance Review of the Bank’s facility and security documentation.
Requirements
SPECIFICATIONS
Minimum Education : A first degree and membership of a recognized public relations institute
Formal Training : Banking Law/Regulations
Minimum Experience : Minimum of 1-3 years cognate experience in banking,
