The Opportunity

As part of the People & Culture Team, the Academic Talent Administrator will be accountable for the recruitment and administration of a remote workforce of Online Learning Advisors (OLAs) across several university partners. OLAs are at the forefront of our business and are the key to maximizing student engagement and results, and therefore recruitment of top talent to this role is essential to our business.

In addition to advertising and sourcing OLAs, the Academic Talent Administrator will be responsible for the administration of contracts, working closely with payroll, setting up new employees on our HRIS, and managing relationships with hiring managers across our Academic team.

About You

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • A tertiary qualification in a related field i.e. Human Resources, Business, Psychology
  • Practical experience in an administrative role, dealing with high volumes and at a fast pace
  • Bulk recruitment experience will be highly regarded
  • Strong attention to detail; a strong skill level in Excel will be highly regarded
  • Exceptional organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to professionally deal with people at all levels of the organisation, and externally
