CLO Virtual Fashion is looking for an Academic Associate to work within a growing Academic Initiative implementing 3D garment software into higher education for the fashion and textile industry.

Main responsibilities range from software licensing to presenting the company's vision and products to potential clients, spearheading the implementation, arranging project timelines with the 3D Design and Business Development Team, coordinating support and training with clients in Europe, Middle East and Africa.
This includes but is not limited to:
- Assisting with the license acquisition and renewal process
- Supporting new clients during the implementation phase Providing technology support and general systems management
- Updates and maintains reference manuals (internal and external)
- Prepare and analyze user reports and activities
- Presenting the software to different sized Academic Institutions and their teams ranging from public to private schools and large Educational Groups
- Ensuring that project/department milestones/goals are met in close exchange with the 3D Design and Business Development Team
- Engaging with clients beyond their expectations via e-mail and phone
- Researching market trends in Academia as well as in the apparel and other connecting industries
- Become a liaison to other global CLO offices in order to connect users globally
Requirements
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience within an academic institution, the apparel or technology industry
- Professional and proactive work ethic to lead projects to completion
- Customer-focused communication skills
- Critical thinking and creative strategizing Good communication skills
- Team-driven and open-minded
- Tech-savvy with a passion for emerging technology
- Willingness to travel
- Knowledge of the industry’s supply chain and it’s software landscape is of benefit
- Must speak English, additional languages are valuable
- Must be a European citizen or have a working/residential visa for the EU
