As the ABOME and Red Team Leader, you will lead a team to effectively execute continuous pentesting service and auditing activities, as well as red team operations. You will play a pivotal role in identifying security vulnerabilities and developing solutions to enhance our customers cybersecurity posture.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of penetration testers.
- Plan and execute penetration testing and red teaming activities.
- Conduct cybersecurity audits (Active Directory audits, email security system audits, etc.)
- Identify and analyze security vulnerabilities and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Stay up-to-date with current cyber threats and technological advancements.
- Oversee the training and development of team members.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Information Security, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in cybersecurity, with a focus on penetration testing and red teaming.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., OSCP, OSWE, OSEP) are highly preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in English.
This role offers the flexibility of working 70% from home, with occasional in-office requirements in Istanbul
