About the Role
We are looking for a part-time contractor to join our team as an Account Based Marketing Manager. In this role you will have the opportunity to collaborate with the internal team and the client to develop the strategy, and execute ABM campaigns for multiple B2B clients who are focused on driving growth. We are looking for someone with experience in a demand generation setting and a strong understanding of the sales and marketing funnel.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage a database of named accounts and contacts to ensure campaigns are targeted to the correct individuals
- Develop and execute an ABM strategy to align with the client’s business objectives and sales goals
- Align marketing and sales in building account profiles and target personas
- Partner closely with SDR and sales teams to ensure strong marketing and sales alignment
- Work closely with marketing ops and business ops to support high-performance ABM marketing tools and integrations
- Partner with regional Campaign Managers, Field Marketers, Sales, and SDRs to build integrated campaign motions
- Apply an experimentation mindset to ABM campaigns to drive, test, learn, and optimize
- Deliver account research and analysis to drive ABM strategies
- Partner with the internal and external client team to update and leverage collaterals throughout a lead journey
- Support the internal team by providing best practices and expertise for development, executing and measuring ABM strategy, and campaigns
Requirements
- 2+ year of proven multi-channel B2B SaaS marketing experience, an opinionated stance on what makes effective ABM program and examples of successful ABM programs you’ve run in the past
- 2+ years of client management experience, either agency or freelance/consulting
- Strong influencing and relationship-building skills
- A proactive self-starter, demonstrating high initiative and critical thinking
- Highly organized and efficient with the ability to develop and execute against an evolving plan
- Strong project management, time management, prioritization, and organizational skills
- Ability to complete the research on a target account
- Proven ability to think strategically and with exceptional attention to detail in execution
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Collaborative with ability to work cross functionally as well as independently and autonomously
- Awareness of Marketing metrics – MQL, SAL, SQL
