Altoros, an established provider of software development services, is looking for a motivated and energetic Sales Manager to join our growing sales team. The employee will be responsible for identifying and closing new qualified leads and deals. Self-starters, who are creative and eager to develop their career in sales and thrive on establishing rapport with potential customers, will be best suited for this role.
Responsibilities:
Collaboration:
- Closely collaborate with Marketing teams at MQL qualification stages
- Provide feedback on lead quality and campaign efficiency to help refine the team’s approach
- Closely collaborate with Presale team throughout Sales stages to ensure proper information sharing and quality proposals
Inbound MQL qualification:
- Engage with inbound prospects to understand their needs, challenges, and goals
- Conduct intro calls to ensure they are a good fit for our service offerings
Outbound MQL and SQL generation:
- Proactively collaborate with Marketing Automation on launching new lead generation campaigns and participate in manual cold outreach
- Engage with outbound prospects to validate their interest and needs, create nurturing strategies
- Conduct intro calls with the prospects who have a validated interest or need to further qualify and move them down the pipeline
Nurturing:
- Custom nurturing activities with previously contacted leads and opportunities in collaboration with the Content team
- Contribute to preparing messages and templates to be used in automated nurturing campaigns
Sales activities:
- Proactive engagement with sales qualified leads on validating their needs and requirements
- Elaborate on sales strategy for newly created opportunities
- Presentation of relevant value propositions, objection handling, constantly revisiting the sales strategy
- Preparation and execution of agreements, handover to account management
CRM Management:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all activities and interactions in the CRM system
- Track and report on key metrics, such as qualification and disqualification rates, SQL and opportunity conversion rates
Requirements:
- 1+ year experience in a sales development role is required
- Proficiency in English at C1 level or above
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to craft personalized and engaging messages and presentations.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- High level of motivation, initiative, and the ability to work independently.
- Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
- Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
