We need an English-fluent Accounting Manager, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.
We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:
- You’ll be working in partnership with the Director of Finance on a daily basis.
- Assisting in financial reporting, external audit preparation, or helping oversee the daily transaction processing tasks of the various accounting functions.
- There is plenty of opportunity for learning development and advancement.
- Primary and secondary responsibility areas will be defined so that you are abundantly challenged and never bored, but not overwhelmed.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in a financial accounting role and/or in a related field.
- Strong technical skills in GAAP accounting.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills.
- Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing with the staff, your peers, management team members at the theaters, and top management as well as with vendors, lenders, government employees, and our investors.
Compensation:
- The Salary range offered for this position varies from (USD) $1,000 - $2,000 per month, depending on seniority and skillset.
- This position is for an independent contractor, through a payroll platform.
- The talent will work REMOTELY allocated at our client.
