687 - EV Charging Division Coordinator

We need an English-fluent EV Charging Division Coordinator, based in Colombia, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Engage with clients and team members, demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Assist in the preparation of one-line diagrams and load letters for electrical systems.
• Complete utility rebate paperwork and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted in a timely manner.
• Organize and manage tasks efficiently to handle multiple projects concurrently.
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and make recommendations to improve efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members to support the growth of the EV Charging Division and contribute to its strategic goals.
• Adapt quickly to new software and technology, utilizing basic computer skills to enhance daily operations.

Requirements:

• Familiarity with electrical systems and relevant documentation (one-line diagrams, load letters, etc.).
• Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
• Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.
• Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
