654 - Performance Creative Designer

We need an English-fluent PART-TIME Performance Creative Designer, based in Latin America, available to work remotely.

We are looking for someone with exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, who embraces changes while maintaining strong attention to detail. An interested and proactive person, who's constantly learning and improving their skills.

Responsibilities:

• Support and lead creative development for the client's paid social media campaigns.
• Up to 15–20 clients with 2-3 weekly briefs.
• Manage the creation of visual and graphic elements for marketing-related materials.
• Utilize AI platform for creative enhancements.
• Ensure all templates, graphics, visual elements, and materials adhere to defined brand guidelines and design standards.
• Proactively work with project owners to move requests forward and maintain set deadlines while Providing outstanding service.
• Maintain organized library of all project files.
• Collaborates and brainstorms new ideas with the marketing team.
• Translating written creative briefs into high production-value static & video ad content specified for each client.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of graphic design experience (general ad best practices for social platforms).
• Ability to follow brief and input creative knowledge to best suit creative goal.
• Strong skills in Adobe Creative Suite, specifically InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator and Premiere. 
• Firefly knowledge is a plus.
• Experience with AI tools and ability to learn company's chosen tool.
• Creative types: video editing, gif, static.
• Category experience: fashion & beauty (lifestyle).
• Fluent in English.
• Agency experience is a plus.
• Strong portfolio of illustrations or other graphics.
