Job Details: This position will be responsible for general labor tasks including solvent welding fittings, material handling activities, packaging products and other general tasks as directed.
Overtime: Employees must be willing to work more than 8 hours in one shift as business conditions require it. Employees must be willing and available to work weekends on an on-going basis if needed. Overtime will be paid for all hours worked more than forty hours in any one week.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Follows directions and adheres to all safety and work instructions.
- Motivated/Self-starter
- Good attendance
- Ensures production is to Victaulic’s established quality standards.
- Operator PIV’s (powered industrial vehicles; forklifts and/or walk behind forklift)
- May train others.
Skills:
- Understand work instructions.
- Limited technical ability required.
- Able to lift to 50 pounds.
- Able to use hand tools.
- Experience in a manufacturing environment is a plus.
