The Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Visual Designer with a strong background in blockchain/web3 and 3D motion graphic design to join our dynamic design team. This role is crucial in shaping our visual identity and driving our marketing efforts, particularly on social platforms like X, while making complex web3 concepts accessible and engaging through innovative design.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Head of Design and Social Lead to create and execute innovative marketing campaigns that resonate with the web3 and blockchain community.
- Leverage our brand identity to design visually striking 3D / motion graphics and digital content that enhance our community engagement and elevate our social media presence.
- Translate complex web3 and blockchain concepts into clear, compelling, and visually engaging graphics.
- Design a diverse range of digital content, including social media visuals, web assets, 3D graphics, animations, and marketing materials.
- Work swiftly while upholding a high standard of craftsmanship and attention to detail.
- Contribute to experiential design projects, developing immersive and interactive experiences that captivate our audience.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest trends in web3, blockchain, and 3D / motion graphic design to ensure our content is cutting-edge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in visual/brand design with a robust portfolio that demonstrates expertise in 3D / motion graphics and web3/blockchain-related projects.
- Strong skills in graphic design, particularly in creating content for marketing and social media within the web3 space.
- Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality or creativity.
- Deep understanding of and experience in the blockchain/web3 ecosystem.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects) and 3D design software like Blender or Cinema 4D.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
- A portfolio that includes motion design projects, showcasing your ability to bring complex ideas to life through animation.
