We are looking for a talented modeling artist who can work within a professional team to develop high-quality medical and scientific animations.
Your Role
- Use modeling software and artistic skill to create, maintain, and update 3D models
- Involvement in developing medical-related objects, characters, scenes, and human anatomy
- Follow design guidelines, asset naming conventions, and other technical constraints
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in 3D design, capture and modeling tools, and related technologies
- Maintain consistently high standards for accuracy, aesthetics, and productivity
- Follow company art direction and production pipeline, proposing approaches that stimulate positive enhancements
- Must be a keen observer of reality with near-perfect understanding of relative scale and dimensions, especially in terms of human anatomy
- Work collaboratively with other members of 3D team
- Keep up to date with the latest developments in modeling tools and technologies
- Be able to solve complex technical problems that occur within the environment
- Effective time-management skills, including ability to meet deadlines and follow instructions and established protocols/procedures
Your Experience
- Degree in fine arts or equivalent with a thorough understanding of anatomy, design, and animation, or 4+ years industry experience specializing in modeling
- Extensive knowledge of Maya and ZBrush
- Traditional arts background with emphasis on photo-realistic character work and environments is a plus
- Team player with exemplary communication skills
- Ability to create detailed anatomy parts as per the reference provided with the blendshapes

- Excellent interpersonal skills, with demonstrated ability to articulate ideas clearly, concisely, and persuasively, along with ability to understand direction and accept feedback
- Strong leadership skills with specific experience managing product priorities, setting delivery expectations, and delivering software enhancements on schedule
