CLO Virtual Fashion provides all clothing-related services from concept to design, manufacturing, marketing, fitting, and styling based on 3D clothing simulation algorithms.
Along with costume design software CLO, Marvelous Designer, and Jinny, we are involved in the entire costume journey with platforms specialized in costume content such as CLO-SET and CONNECT to build an efficient and sustainable workflow. Additionally, our solution allows physical and digital garments to be tagged together to function within the CLO system.

Position Overview
As a 3D Design & Implementation Specialist at CLO Virtual Fashion, you can shape the future of the apparel and textile industry through our true-to-life 3D garment simulation technology.
Your role will involve working with global brands to implement 3D workflows by planning customized curricula, training users, supporting client inquiries, and contributing to the innovation of the technologies that we develop.
This is a technical role in constant evolution. We are seeking a self-driven, energetic, and agile individual with a can-do attitude, who is passionate about 3D and excited by the solutions CLO Virtual Fashion can offer to the apparel and textile industry.

Interview Process
Resume Screening ➡️ 1st interview (team lead, online, 45 mins) ➡️ *Technical skill evaluation & presentation (onsite, 1 hr) ➡️ Final interview (CEO, online, 30 mins)
*Technical skill evaluation & presentation:
You will have a week to complete a project which tests your CLO Technical skills. Following that week, we will schedule a meeting for the presentation of the outcome of the project with one member of the local team and the local team lead.

Responsibilities
- Present inspiring software demos and product presentation
- Be the central point to guide corporate clients in their 3D implementation strategy
- Provide technical support to corporate clients in their usage of CLO, CLO-SET and the other solutions we develop and maintain a high level of user satisfaction
- Be a corporate user advocate and liaison to other teams; identify corporate user challenges and partner with other departments to develop solutions / resolve issues
- Monitor and assess software utilization at key client accounts, collaborating with Business Development Managers to identify growth opportunities and support the development of strategic initiatives
- Train on and off-site new and existing corporate users to help them become proficient in CLO, CLO-SET and the other solutions we offer
- Participate in client projects on and off-site (open to international travel)
- Collaborate with the CLO Design & Implementation team (locally and globally) to organize and facilitate events/ projects to create corporate user engagement and awareness of our products
- Create informative tutorial videos for our YouTube channel and PDF guides to educate our corporate and individual user communities
- Help the Customer Experience department organize open workshops and other user engagement events/projects for our global Individual user community
- Create 3D content for user engagement, social media, and various initiatives
- Collaborate with software developers and UX designers to propose innovative features and/or feature improvements
- Follow up with the development team on bugs and crashes reported by users
- Beta Test the latest CLO versions before release and report any feedback/bug/crash to the development team.
Requirements (hard skills)
- Strong base in the CLO Software and/or Marvelous Designer
- Knowledge of our platforms CONNECT and CLO-SET
- Experience as a designer or pattern maker, preferably in the apparel industry, with a strong understanding of garment construction and the apparel/accessory development process
- Excellent knowledge in Pattern Making
- Knowledge in the Adobe suit is a must (especially Photoshop & Illustrator)
- Knowledge of other 2D CAD software (Modaris, Gerber, Optitex, etc..) and other 3D software (blender, Rhino, 3dsMax, etc...) is a strong plus
- Good professional writing skills Good presentation and public speaking skills
- Must be fluent in English; an additional language is a plus.
