Client Solution Architect (CSA) is looking for a 365 Solutions Analyst in the Grafenwohr Germany location. The 365 Solutions Architect will design, develop, implement and maintain solutions to meet collaboration requirements in an environment that is compliant with DoD and US. Army cybersecurity standards. Many of these solutions will be within a Microsoft 365 ecosystem including but not limited to SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive for Business, Exchange Online, and Power Platform.
How Your Role Will Make an Impact:
- Organize, implement, and maintain the customer’s Information Management systems, (e.g., SharePoint, organizational one drives, MS Teams), and JMSC websites on NIPRNET and SIPRNET in compliance with DoD policies and regulations, and local NEC policies.
- Develop and maintain processes, tools, and technologies focused on exploiting the knowledge assets, including web parts, portal pages, or other design development meant to improve customer KM processes and procedures, in order to achieve mission-critical objectives.
- Design and implement secure, scalable Microsoft 365 solutions utilizing advanced features for encryption, data loss prevention, and secure access. Integrate Microsoft 365 with other critical Army systems to ensure end-to-end security and operational efficiency.
- Develop and provide A365/SharePoint training as required to both customer and contractor employees.
- Establish and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), mid- and long-range planning documents, strategies and other supporting documentation as needed.
- Create portal sites that provide capabilities overviews, exercise development products and tips, scheduling, contact information lists, and any other information the Government deems necessary. This includes web part or other design development meant to improve JMSC processes and procedures.
- Support in providing the ability to manipulate stored data and inputs to provide outputs of specific information such as scheduling calendars with multiple data fields that can deliver specific information in response to a query.
- Provide content management services, software development life cycle, requirements analysis, design, software construction, testing, debugging, deployment, and maintenance.
- Develop and provide concept and design briefs and information documents concerning the portal/website design and changes.
- Review the existing processes and report on the status of the authorized groups, roles, users, and permissions of the customer portals/websites and provide reports as required.
- Monitor, identify and report as required portal/website deficiencies, outages or other unavailability.
- Conduct content management on the customer portal/websites in coordination with the customer Knowledge Manager. Ensure current and future data and processes are accessible to the customer via the portal/website.
- Regularly assess Microsoft 365 deployments for security improvements, compliance alignment, and operational efficiency. Stay current with Army security policies and Microsoft 365 updates to implement best practices and innovations, ensuring the ecosystem remains at the forefront of secure collaboration and productivity tools.

- HTML & CSS: Solid understanding of web development standards for designing and customizing user interfaces within SharePoint Online, including custom web parts and applications.
- JSON: Familiarity with JSON for configuring and customizing Microsoft 365 services, including SharePoint Online modern experiences and Microsoft Teams layouts.
- Microsoft Dateverse: Knowledge of SQL for data manipulation and integration purposes, especially beneficial when connecting Microsoft 365 solutions with external databases or using Dataverse data sources in Power BI.
- Data Governance and Compliance: Understanding of data governance policies, practices, and compliance frameworks relevant to secure environments, including knowledge of DoD compliance standards like DFARS, NIST SP 800-171, and CMMC.
- Security and Identity Management: Expertise in implementing security measures, including encryption, data loss prevention, and managing identities and access using Azure Active Directory.
- Advanced Microsoft 365 and Power Platform Expertise: Expert-level knowledge in developing solutions with Microsoft 365 services, including comprehensive use of the Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI) for business process automation, custom application development, and data analytics.
- Deep Security and Compliance Acumen: Proficient in implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance features tailored to meet DoD and Army standards. Familiarity with advanced security configurations, threat protection mechanisms, and compliance management within the Microsoft 365 security center.
- Cloud Architecture and Integration: Solid background in cloud architecture principles, especially Azure, for the integration of services with Microsoft 365. Experience with API management, hybrid environments, and secure cloud-to-on-premises connectivity.
