Responsibilities
- React and respond to client issues in timely manner;
- Make sure the customer knows their problem is being taken seriously;
- Deliver and maintain Dynamics 365 F&O (AX) solutions internationally;
- Deliver business and software application services to clients;
- The creation of high quality, sustainable and scalable solutions;
- Meet customer expectations of business knowledge, skills and behavior;
- Identify business/project risk and mitigate or communicate as necessary;
- Communicate progress updates to relevant parties both formally and informally;
- Always represent HSO Global Services in a professional and positive manner;
- Advise customers on industries’ best practices proactively.
Requirements
- University degree preferably in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, Production Engineering and Management, Management, Computer Science, Information Science or comparable education;
- Thirst for knowledge;
- The ability to challenge yourself;
- Used ERP systems – Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O or earlier versions of Dynamics AX (a plus);
- Experience in customer-facing positions and the ability to communicate on all levels in an organization;
- Good understanding of Business Requirement Analysis, Business process mapping, modeling and documentation;
- Some pre-sales experience.
