SUMMARY

Seattle Sounders medical team offers educational internships during spring, summer and/or fall immersion blocks in 2025. Each immersion block offers unique experiences to strengthen learning and engage skillsets within Athletic Training. Eligible candidates must be current Master’s level students who will receive school credit from their university for the entirety of the internship. The spring immersion block runs from approximately April through June, the summer immersion block runs from approximately June to August, and the fall immersion block runs from approximately August through the end of the season. Ideally students commit to a minimum of 12 weeks, with potential to extend to a total of 16 weeks. Start and end dates will be determined with each intern.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Students will gain experience and work alongside our entire medical staff that consists of Athletic Trainers, Physical Therapists, Massage Therapists, Chiropractors, Internal Medicine Doctors, and Orthopedic Surgeons.
