The Early Careers Rotational Program is an 18-month program for graduating seniors and is divided up into two 9-month rotations within one of RVO Health’s core functions, Software Engineering. Through this program, you’ll gain subject matter expertise, solve meaningful problems across the business, and fast-track your learning. Join us to gain diverse experiences across an organization made up of industry-leading brands and experts, while also contributing your own perspectives and ideas to a growing business! Our rotational experience is designed to accelerate your learning and growth as you work towards a potential promotion by program graduation.

Where You'll Be

To prioritize togetherness, culture, and accountability, RVO Health operates on a hybrid in-office work schedule. We expect employees to work from our South Charlotte office Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday each week. You are welcome to work remotely Mondays and Fridays if you wish.

What You’ll Do

• You will work on industry leading brands that are a part of a portfolio that helps 100 million people a month.
• Drive the growth and development of customer-facing websites, APIs, and proprietary digital marketing technologies.
• Collaborate with our award-winning teams to implement, test, and improve our products, while ensuring top quality and consistency across various applications within our platform. 
• Design, build, and maintain tools and systems to be used by millions of people around the globe.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduating in Spring 2025
• July 2025 start date
• Recent, hands-on experience in software design and coding (internships, work experience, or side projects highly preferred)
• Experience around building maintainable, well-tested software
• Self-starter who seeks out challenging work, overcomes obstacles, and drives through to completion
• Experience with one or more languages: Java, Golang, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML/CSS, C#
• Great collaboration skills; comfortable sharing accomplishments and asking questions
• The drive to be a catalyst in a dynamic, fast-paced, and performance-driven environment
• A passion for learning, sharing knowledge, and contributing  diverse ideas to our teams
• Desire to help others toward better health and well-being.
• Willingness to bring your authentic self and unique perspective to work every day - and don't forget the sense of humor!

Pursuant to various state Fair Pay Acts, below is a summary of compensation elements for this role at the company. The following benefits are provided by RVO Health, subject to eligibility requirements.
