What you Need:
- Minimum of 6 months to 1 years recent experience (within last two years) in a call centre/phone based Customer Service role
- Full time availability across Mon - Fri (we may have some Sat shifts available too)
- Genuine passion for people and love striking up a conversation
- Confidence providing advice on products or services available to customers
- Can do attitude and resilience
- Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
- Proven professional references from previous employers
