2024 NSW - Customer Service Representative

Your Next Role:

  • Deliver outstanding support to every customer, every time whether its by phone, web-chat or email
  • Mon-Fri hours with consistent 37.5 hours each week
  • Support your team and business by hitting KPIs and team goals 
  • Detailed training programmes in place to get you set up in your role!

What you Need:

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 years recent experience (within last two years) in a call centre/phone based Customer Service role
  • Full time availability across Mon - Fri (we may have some Sat shifts available too)
  • Genuine passion for people and love striking up a conversation
  • Confidence providing advice on products or services available to customers
  • Can do attitude and resilience
  • Exceptional communication skills both verbally and written
  • Proven professional references from previous employers
