About the Role

Join the fast track to success! We are now hiring for our Client Service Team Associate graduate program.

A career at Dialectica is more than just a job; it’s an opportunity to unlock your potential and achieve great things. When you join Dialectica’s graduate programme, you will receive dedicated structured development and support from day one.

Our Associates play a critical role as front-line knowledge brokers between our clients and market experts. With most of our projects being critical and time-sensitive, this requires resilience, self-motivation, a target-driven mindset, and the ability to work at pace. These are all traits that you will build as you grow with us. Your day as an Associate will be a full one. Working on multiple client projects at any time, you will reach out to potential experts via phone, Linkedin and email to assess whether they possess the relevant experience and knowledge, before connecting them with our clients.

The Client Service Team is the revenue epicenter of our business. You will partner with our clients to understand their requirements, conduct high-level research into industries and companies, and identify relevant experts with the most relevant experience and knowledge to support them. One day you could be connecting a private equity firm with experts to better understand the sub-Saharan African telecommunications market, while the next day assisting a strategy consultancy looking into the growth outlook for solar energy globally.
