Are you passionate about technical topics and an open-minded and communicative personality who enjoys approaching customers? In the role of 1st Level Technical Support you are one of our product experts and do everything to ensure that our customers integrate the Trusted Shops functions as fast as possible into their online shops. You identify and remove possible obstacles at an early stage, where appropriate in cooperation with the Customer Success Management or the 2nd Level Technical Support.
- You will be in direct contact with our customers either by telephone, video call or email. You answer their technical queries, for example concerning the functionality and integration of Trusted Shops products in a wide range of shop software systems (Magento, Prestashop, etc.) in English and Dutch.
- You ensure that our customers have optimally integrated all Trusted Shops functions into their online shops in order to benefit most from our products.
- You will advise our customers by providing simple source code modifications: for example support them displaying the Trustbadge (widget) at the desired position in their online shop.
- Occasionally you will assist our customers when taking their first steps on the Trusted Shops platform and explain them the available functions.
